Does Princess Auto have an app?

Is it a game? What's its tagline https://thegreatsabatini.com/take-palcares-com-survey-to-win-500-gift-card/?

"We are also in talks to make the game available in China, and are hoping to be launching in Japan in 2016."

And I'm curious—how will Princess Auto be distributed? Will it be in a box from Nintendo and Nintendo Germany? I have a feeling the game's digital distribution should be in China, as much as anything. Will it be available as an app from the Nintendo eShop? This would make some sense, considering that there are no Japanese titles currently available there.

Update: The game does seem to be in a box form and available for download via the eShop.

You don't need to use that account for the app. You can make as many (as you like) for different devices in your family.

Does Canadian Tire own Princess Auto?

Canadian Tire does own Princess Auto, so they would technically be responsible for this sale, but it was negotiated between the company and the buyer in an effort to help keep their business and the employees employed.

But, if Canadian Tire is to be the buyer, that doesn't mean they would be responsible for all her future debts. When Princess Auto closed on March 2, 2012, the remaining debt on the property was approximately $3 million, and would have to be satisfied before she could be sold.

Since that time, Canadian Tire has not taken a financial interest in the property or Princess Auto's debt and is not responsible for the debts incurred after Princess Auto closed. However, they would, of course, be expected to assist in any debt recovery efforts.

When a bankruptcy petition is filed in Ontario, Canadian Tire would be required to assist with any debt recovery efforts. Canadian Tire could also claim a portion of whatever debt is secured by the property, if available.
