How do I pay my PHH Mortgage?

There are two ways to do this.

The first way is simple: you can visit your Home Loan Advisor and make an appointment. The second way is more complicated and more expensive.

If you wish to pay your PHH Mortgage through a personal check or money order, you will need to have the original of the Mortgage Document and its FICO Score listed on the Personal Check. The FICO Score must be in the "Normal Range" which is above 680 for this type of Mortgage.

There is also usually a separate form to pay the Loan Amount directly to the PHH Loan Administrator for any additional costs and fees incurred with this method.

Which is the best PHH Mortgage? Should you even consider it?

The answer remains the same regardless of whether you choose to pay with a Personal Check or Money Order for your PHH Mortgage. You should always consider a PHH Mortgage when you can because it has many advantages over conventional mortgages.

How do I pay my Old Navy credit card?

Your credit card issuer may require you to have a copy of your receipt. Make sure to look at your receipt from the time you purchased your items when you check out your items and see if there is a transaction number on the receipt in the section next to the item. Also, if the receipt says "exchange for the following items" and you have added the item(s) to your basket but no exchange is listed, ask the counter person the number of the refund, and if applicable, the name of the store where you bought the items from. If you want a refund for the item purchased, be sure to include the purchase amount on the receipt.

What do I do if my credit or debit card is declined or is lost after I have used it to make my purchase?

If you see that your card has stopped working, go to the Customer Service desk at a local store and ask what you can do to get your card replaced.

Does PHH Mortgage have an app?

Yes we have one, but since it's not yet in all provinces I don't think it'll be used much.

How is the customer service? It's great, and I received exactly what I expected, exactly what I got, exactly what I paid for! The website has information on the terms, rates, and financing options available to the customer.

If this isn't possible, what can be done to change the terms? Make an online complaint with the PHH Mortgage Canada Brochure (not available in English) or phone one-877-929-3719. That is the best way to take it up with the people at PHH.

What can PHH Mortgage do to improve customer service? Customer service is our highest priority. Every interaction we have with our customers is important. We want each interaction to leave a great impression.

I want to buy a car loan, but I would like the credit card to be a "debit card". I know where you can use my card to purchase the car loan, and I know where you can use the credit card to pay the car loan. I am interested in purchasing a $1000 car loan using a debit card as the payment, but the best way to do this is to give the card to the loan officer. Can I use my PHH card to pay the $1000?

Why my lender stopped making my mortgage payments.

I haven't been paying my monthly payments for 6 months now. About 5 months ago, my lender stopped taking my monthly payments. They stopped making them at the end of each month. Now I get notices that my payment is about to increase. I've asked about it at a few different times at various lending institutions, the answer is always the same- that it's because my payment is not making enough interest.
