When you call Spectrum Auto Pay you will be asked to enter your account number, PIN and other information.

This information is never submitted to our system.

Your account is never put into any kind of manual review.

Your account's balance is never decreased or increased.

Spectrum Auto Pay is used for phone calls and SMS texts made by the customer. You must have a credit card to use this service.

Once your account has been set up with this service, customers must enter credit line information, their credit card number, expiration dates and account number whenever they make a call or send a text message.
